Michael Bradshaw, President


Michael Bradshaw, President of Jadin Tech LLC, is a Senior Operations and Business Development Executive with 26+ years of experience. Mr. Bradshaw possesses strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and focus with expertise in all aspects of corporate operations. Mr. Bradshaw’s high-performance career began with his service in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving military service in 1988, Mr. Bradshaw began his career as a contractor with notable achievements in Software Engineering, and Product Development, Simulation & Training, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Instrumentation, and Hardware/Software Integration.

Mr. Bradshaw previously served as a Business Leader on the Nevada Aerospace and Defense Sector Council and on the Nevada Information Technology Sector Council.

Mr. Bradshaw a native of Las Vegas, Nevada holds a B.A. in International Studies/Russian, magna cum laude, from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

James Callahan, Director

Operations & Test and Evaluation, NATO Integration, Range Operations

Jim has over 37 years of demonstrated professional leadership roles in Test and Evaluation, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations and support, and Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) operations, support and Regulatory Policy and Procedures. He has 33 years’ experience managing project, program, and department operations in both the civilian and military sectors including Security Operations / Risk Assessment / Crisis Management, Tactical Planning / Operational Leadership, Administration and Portfolio Management, Aeronautical Science, Security Technology, and Communication / Networking. His military career included 23 years in fighter aircraft operations and training, 17 years as an instructor pilot, 5 years Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) experience with major emphasis on Air and Space Operations Center Operations, battlespace integration, joint test and evaluation, facilities planning, large scale fighter exercises, and 5 years’ experience executing combat operations and managing programs in support of Operation Deny Flight, Deliberate Force, Allied Force, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He holds a commercial instrument pilot certificate.

Bruce Tarbert, Director

Airspace Management and Integration

Bruce Tarbert has over 35 years of demonstrated professional leadership roles in both Air Traffic Operations and Civil Aviation Regulatory Policy and Procedures including 33 years with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Bruce held numerous positions serving in the FAA’s Air Traffic Organization, Aircraft Certification Office, and the Flight Standards Services. He has served as the Director for the New Mexico State University’s Unmanned Aircraft Test Center as well as the Airspace and Airworthiness manager for the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems, one of six FAA designated UAS test sites. Bruce has led numerous domestic and global aviation committees in efforts to safely integrate new technologies such as Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Advanced Area Navigation (RNAV) and Required Navigation Performance (RNP) into airspace systems. Bruce was responsible for enabling the first designee program for the issuance of Special Airworthiness Certification in the Experimental Category for a UAS. He holds a commercial instrument pilot certificate.

Charles Maynard, Director

Aviation Services

Captain Charles Maynard is a veteran pilot with over 25,000 hours of flight time in both military and civilian airframes. He is currently a Boeing 767 Captain with a major U.S. airline and a retired Navy Captain and former F/A-18 squadron commander. He has extensive experience in FAA regulatory matters involving both manned and unmanned aircraft and their safe integration into the National Airspace System. Most recently, Captain Maynard was the FAA Liaison for one of the six FAA designated commercial Unmanned Aerial System (drone) test facilities in the United States. His extensive knowledge of unmanned regulatory statutes and his professional relationships with FAA personnel gives him keen insight into the challenges of introducing UAS into the National Airspace System.

Mr. Maynard successfully obtained some of the first FAA Section 333 exemptions allowing commercial drones to operate seamlessly and safely alongside their manned counterparts. Additionally, he is the Training Committee Chairman for the Washington, DC domicile for the Air Line Pilots Association, ensuring FAA mandated training is complete and standardized. As a Naval Aviator, Captain Maynard was also a designated mishap investigator and Aviation Safety Officer.

Dennis Thompson, Director

Training & Simulation

A Senior Training & Simulation expert with over 40+ years of experience in the field, with full spectrum experience from fixed wing to rotary weapon platforms and Maintenance trainers. Mr. Thompson possesses the unique experience of being a technician on the training devices to an executive within the corporate structure of major training device manufacturers over his career.

Mr. Thompson began his career in the United States Air Force supporting USAF Training and Simulation. Upon his retirement, Dennis resumed his career by entering the civilian T&S community as a contractor. Dennis has spent his entire adult life as a training and simulation professional to ensure that the warfighter is supported with only the highest level of support. Mr. Thompson’s business strengths include: Startup Management, Corporate Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, Proposal Management, P&L Management, and Engineering Management. Mr. Thompson previously served with other large simulation corporations with outstanding results for the military customers. Mr. Thompson resides in San Antonio, Texas and is readily available to serve the needs of the Training Community worldwide.
