Kevin Balisky, General Manager of Jadin Tech, has 30 years of knowledge working with the Department of Defense and the Department of State, which provides a cutting-edge advantage when supporting interagency, foreign militaries and governments.  Kevin’s experiences include working at U.S. Africa Command, three tours at U.S. Embassies in Africa and culminating as the Senior Military Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of African Affairs. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
